Our St. Germain began as a three page website in 1997 and was known as Brushwolf's Den. It's purpose was simply to provide a means for our area fishermen and hunters to ascertain the conditions and action. People began E-mailing their wants regarding the site which started its growth. Snowmobilers and cross-country skiers were among the first groups to request that we include reports on these two sports, which we did. Others, both in and out of our area, made requests and our site continued to grow to accommodate their interests. Today Our St. Germain consists of over 200 pages and has been forced to be broken into different sub-sites. Top |

At-A-Glance was developed because of requests from people to make the stats easier and quicker to read. They were tired of wading through boring fish/hunt stories or worn-out how-to's only to finally find the information they were looking for was outdated. At-A-Glance gives viewers an immediate idea was to what the action is like for their outdoor sport. If they want a closer look, they only have to click on the activity to be taken to more information. Top |

Maps on the this site are not to be used for navigation!! They have been tweaked to fit better on the site, so are not always exactly to scale. Also, some landmarks have been eliminated to make it easier to view a more uncluttered map. To make it more clear, if you use any map on this site for navigation in spite of this warning, and run into a stump, tree, or rock, it is your own fault. Top |

We do have links for various local business sites, but this does not necessarily mean we recommend such linked business. We tend to link with local businesses that we know are honest, reputable, and treat their customers and guests with respect. We would appreciate hearing about your complaint so we can evaluate whether we wish to continue a link to such business site. Also, keep in mind that, just because we do not have a link to a particular business does not mean we have anything against the business or received any complaints against the business.
